◢ What you'll do

• ▸Design carbon and glass-fibre layup schedules for UAV airframes
• ▸Manage moulds, vacuum-bagging, and autoclave processes
• ▸Train and supervise composite technicians
• ▸Own quality control and material certification
• ▸Drive cost-down and yield improvements

◢ What you bring

• ▸B.E. / B.Tech with 5+ years in composites manufacturing
• ▸Experience with prepreg, wet layup, and resin infusion
• ▸Familiarity with aerospace-grade QC processes
• ▸Strong leadership and team management skills
• ▸Indian citizenship
