Field Test Operator

Take prototypes from the bench to the sky. Plan flight cards, operate ground stations, and collect telemetry that drives every design iteration.

◢ What you'll do

• ▸Plan and execute UAV flight test campaigns
• ▸Operate ground control stations and telemetry equipment
• ▸Maintain flight logs and post-flight reports
• ▸Coordinate with air traffic and DGCA for test windows
• ▸Diagnose anomalies during and after flights

◢ What you bring

• ▸DGCA UAV pilot certification (or willingness to obtain)
• ▸Experience operating fixed-wing and/or multirotor UAVs
• ▸Comfort with field deployments in remote sites
• ▸Strong written communication for test reporting
• ▸Indian citizenship

◢ Nice to have

• ▸Prior service in Indian Armed Forces
• ▸Experience with QGroundControl, Mission Planner, or similar
